It has 5 of the 6 parts of the usual Jiro-style ramen: pork bone (tonkotsu), soy sauce (shoyu), bean sprouts, cabbage and lard or back fat. Not on it: garlic on top (fried or raw).

Named for Ramen Jiro in Tokyo: very thick noodles in a fatty pork and soy broth, under a mound of bean sprouts and cabbage, thick slabs of pork, garlic and back fat.
